At YH Roth CPA PC, we offer accounting and advisory services for businesses and individuals by combining professional expertise, entrepreneurial insights, and strong client relationships.
Our staff consists of close to twenty professionals, including 7 CPAs and several CPA candidates, bringing prior experience from well-recognized national and local firms.
Some of our services include corporate, sales, and payroll tax, including state income tax filings in over 25 states. We provide audited, reviewed, or compiled financial statements, including over 150 HUD audited financial statements.
Our client base includes small and major real estate management companies, including companies managing over one billion dollars in assets. We also service many well-established wholesale, retail, service, and e-commerce businesses.
In addition to our extensive tax and audit expertise, we utilize our knowledge of the business environment and information technology to empower our clients.

Audited, Reviewed, and Compiled Financial Statements
The preparation, auditing, or reviewing of financial statements requires skills, knowledge, and experience in Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). Additionally, there are entities and industries that have unique accounting and auditing standards, including non-profits and governmental entities. We collaborate and efficiently complete this process in a timely manner.
